Open Letter to Myself

Dear Self,

WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING?!?!  I tell you to do something, and you sprint, not run but sprint, the other other damn direction.  I'm totally hating on you right now.  I'm going to take the next 24-48 hours to find my self-control and hopefully I can get back to loving you.

Thanks bitch.

On a sidenote, Zig, his friend A, and I went to the caps game last night and had a fabulous time.  I'm HURTING today.  Off to Starbucks and work now.

An Open Letter to Karma.

Dear Karma,

Oh my, you do have a sick sense of humor.  What made that man(the one I met in the parking lot at work last week) leave a note on my car asking me out to lunch?  Why did he have to be from an office I'm leaving on Friday?  I have to thank you though, because if this guy sucks or is boring, I never have to see him again.  I also get a little laugh out of the fact that this happened the same day I write like my one post ever about relationships and dating.  Oh silly karma, I mean, you're not really a bitch, but you are kind of ridiculous.

So, thanks for the random lunch date that I'll be going on Thursday.  If nothing else, I'll get out of the office for an hour.

Sincerely,
Sarg

Totally unrelated, but equally important is that someone katmcd and I were in our sorority with, like at the same time, was on Millionaire Matchmaker last night.  You can read about it here.  (although please excuse the picture that she uses from 2004.  I look so horrible and young.)

Also unrelated and maybe not quite as important is that today I told MB that I am ready to set up my mini xmas tree already.  It's just so cold now and I'm just ready to see it up and listen to xmas music, and hopefully not light my tree on fire like I did last year.  Whoops.

An Open Letter to the Cowboys

Dear Dallas Cowboys,

I LOVE you.  I really do.  Every Sunday, I shower and get all dolled up and put on my Tony Romo jersey.  I put on a smile, grab a beer and joyfully anticipate the beat down of other teams.  However, I have some issues with you I feel I should address.

1. Please please start playing with some discipline.  I've had enough of these horrible penalties and I can't blame the refs when you blatently hold the other team, especially when there's 3 seconds left and we score the tying touchdown.

2. Stop coming from behind.  HEY, get your mind out of the gutter.  What I mean is, we need to take a lead, and keep it.  My heart can't take all of this "let's stage this awesome comeback with 1 minute left."

3. GET A KICKER.

4. Start winning.  I know it's just the beginning of the season, and even if you lose every game, I'll still remain a loyal fan, but I like winning.  I like when my team wins.  And being a Cowboys fan in the middle of Redskins country is hard, and it's easier when we win.

I think that's it for right now.  Like I said, please don't make me have a heart attack at a young age due to our lack in playing abilities and coordination.

All my love,
Sarg
